These Terms of Service govern your use of Mr.300dpi's artwork preparation and production support services (the "Services"). By submitting an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Artwork rights and permissions

You confirm that you own or have obtained permission to use any artwork you upload, and that your use of it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for the content of files you submit.

3. Order processing

• Orders are processed according to the service(s) selected at checkout.
• Some files may require manual review before processing; we will contact you if clarification is needed.
• Turnaround estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with order volume.

4. Payment and pricing

All prices are calculated at the time of checkout based on the services and quantities selected, including any applicable bulk discount. Orders of 100 or more files, or artwork requiring extensive manual work, may require a custom quote before payment.

5. File storage and retention

Uploaded and completed files are stored securely and retained for a limited period after order completion to support re-downloads. We recommend downloading and archiving your completed files promptly.

6. Limitation of liability

Mr.300dpi provides artwork preparation services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific print outcomes on equipment or substrates we do not control.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
