What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG/JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, and ZIP. Some complex file types (like AI, PSD, and ZIP batches) are automatically routed for manual review rather than fully automated processing.
How is print sizing handled?
You can specify your desired print width in inches for any file. We calculate effective print resolution from the pixel dimensions and your requested size - we don't assume a file is genuinely 300 DPI just because its metadata says so.
How long does turnaround take?
Most services run 1-4 business days depending on complexity; each service page lists its current estimate. Gang sheet preparation is typically 1-2 business days once designs are approved.
What's included in the price?
Each service includes the described preparation work and one round of production-ready output. If a file needs manual review, our team will reach out before extensive manual work is billed beyond the listed starting price.
Can I request revisions?

How do bulk discounts work?
Discounts apply automatically based on your total eligible file count at checkout, calculated server-side so the price you see is the price you're charged. See the Bulk Pricing page for current tiers.
Is my artwork secure?
Original and completed files are stored in private object storage. Downloads require an authenticated, short-lived signed link - files are never exposed through public, predictable URLs.
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest with a secure, emailed order-access link, or create an account to track orders, reorder past batches, and manage your files in one place.
